At Powkiddy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handheld gaming experience. If your device is defective or does not meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos or videos of the item's condition.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging including all cables, SD cards, and manuals, then ship it using a trackable service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund or ship your replacement device within 5-7 business days.
